Our experience with America’s Home Place in Pooler, GA was outstanding from start to finish. From the very first call, Kim made everything easy and stress-free. She really listened, answered every question, and helped us feel confident in the process. Janna took our ideas and turned them into a perfect custom plan. She helped us tailor the layout to what we wanted and even found smart ways to save money without losing quality or style. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and knows how to make a home design come together. When it came time for finishes, Kim was amazing again — patient, creative, and so helpful in finding the right look for us. Both Kim and Janna kept in touch every step of the way, and their communication was incredible. Then came Austin, our project manager — and wow, he’s the best in the business. This is the third home we’ve built, and none of our previous PMs with other companies even come close. Austin stayed on top of every single detail, kept the project on schedule, and always went the extra mile to make sure things were done right. He’s professional, organized, and genuinely cares. He could teach a master class in how to manage a build. America’s Home Place truly puts the customer first. We’re thrilled with our home and so grateful for this team. Highly recommend!

American Home Place is a great choice to start your build process. They have made sense of what was an over whelming situation. They are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient. Kim was extremely helpful with the selection of details for our home, plus she is very bubblely. Janna kept us abreast with new information to ensure our awareness of changes so we can remain up to date. She is passionate about her job and easy to talk with. The general manager was very detailed in going through the paperwork, and he has a great sense of humor. I'm excited about the rest of the process. We are only in the beginning stages right now but working with Janna at AHP in Pooler has been a wonderful experience so far. She has made this such an easy first time home building experience and thoroughly answered any and all questions we have had. She is extremely knowledgeable in every step and I know for certain that the remaining steps will be such a breeze with her seeing us through.
