Caitlyn Morgan is simply the best!!! Caitlyn was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and really knows how to best represent Americas Home Place! My wife and I are in the process of selecting the right forever home and had many questions that got an immediately answered which allowed us to seamlessly continue to learn the process. Caitlyn in my opinion should be a teachers - teacher. Besides her extreme knowledge base, she was very professional and kind. When companies like America’s Home Place in Johnson City, TN have an employee like Caitlyn representing them on the front of the house, that particular brand and location can’t go wrong!!! Gerry was also outstanding, as he provided invaluable guidance and encouragement throughout the process. In my opinion, this team is the finest home builders around, beyond knowledgeable and truly passionate about what they are doing.

Our America’s Home Place experience has been nothing short of a blessing. From the moment we stepped foot in the model home and began speaking with the amazing people at AHP, we knew that the Lord had placed us with them. Caitlin was exceptional in helping us pick out everything for our home, answering questions, making phone calls, and going above and beyond to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. Her dedication and expertise truly made her a top-notch construction coordinator. As the building process transitioned to construction, we were once again blessed with Brian's involvement. He was equally exceptional at addressing all of our questions, demonstrating flexibility in meeting with us, and consistently going above and beyond to guarantee our satisfaction. His honesty, straightforwardness, and extensive knowledge made him an invaluable asset during this journey. Throughout every step of the building process, we felt supported and cared for by the AHP team. We are thrilled to look forward to enjoying our new America’s Home Place home! We are new home builders just beginning our journey. We had spoken to other builders before we found America's Home Place. As soon as we entered the building and were greeted by Michaela, we knew we had found our builder. Her genuine friendliness and professionalism had us making an appointment pretty quickly. Caitlyn is remarkable for her guidance and knowledge. She was patient and engaging from the beginning. She guided us through our color selection and finishes with enthusiasm. She took her time and we are grateful to her. Gerry spent quite a bit of time on our build site helping us with our placement planning of the home. We're looking forward to working with Sandy, Gerry and Joe on our new home. I cannot say enough about how easy the process was from the start. The whole team is exceptional and I would happily recommend them to my family and friends.
