So, the wife and I are blessed with the opportunity to build our dream home. After much time and some hiccups in just getting started we found and selected AHP to be our builder. Upon contacting AHP we spoke with Cathy/Heather and were rolling right away. We knew the floor plan we were looking at, had a couple revisions we wanted to make, those two took notes and literally seemed almost over night that we had a provisionary budget with our revisions. We added/subtracted another time or two and again Cathy/Heather worked miracles getting a new temporary budget to us in lightning speed. Needless to say, the wife and I were cautious because this build is out of state and almost 9 hour drive away from our current location. But, once we got the floor plan to our liking we scheduled the meeting/signing to make it all official. Was super smooth! We picked out all our selections, colors, options, walked the site with our Prohect Manager (Andrew). Andrew has been EXCELLENT! He took our site location/vision and is making this dream a reality for us. Before we knew it the site was cleared/graded. Andrew is always on top of getting us photos to keep us up to date and minds at ease. Honestly Andrew has been treating the entire build as though it's his money being spent or a house he would be moving into. Then before we knew it, the footings were placed, the block delivered, etc. Then the crew had our framing all up. Andrew has kept us up with photos 100% of the way! In all the photos the job site is clean and I can only gauge what all Andrew has done/coordinated behind the scenes to keep everything flowing flawlessly and our minds at peace. If you have the opportunity to build and are in the North Georgia area I highly recommend giving the Blairsville, GA office a chance to make your plans reality. I'm sure Cathy/Heather/Andrew are just the tip of their company because what are the odds of only hiring 3 stellar employees. I'm sure their other employees are just as good.

We have just finished building a riverside cottage with America's Home Place, Blairsville, Georgia and could not be happier with the result. The process was painless from initial consultation to finalizing of plans, finish schedule, engineering, site prep, build-out and turn over of the finished property. The project finished on time, under budget and fully met our expectations. As out of town owners the communication was timely and frequent. A special thanks to our construction manager, Andrew, who helped to to make the entire process rewarding and enjoyable. The layout is perfect for us and the elevated build suited our site perfectly. America's Home Place (Blairsville, GA) was an awesome team to work with throughout the whole build process! They were patient with me and brought a sense of family to the table I haven't seen with other builders I've worked with in the past. We recently embarked on the journey of building our dream home with America's Home Place in Blairsville, GA, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Now that we are in the actual building phase, despite living two hours away, Andrew has been exceptional in keeping us updated. He sends us videos and photos of the progress each week, sometimes even several times a week, which has been incredibly reassuring. Cathy in the Blairsville office has also been a tremendous help, always ready to answer our questions whenever we call. The entire staff, including the crew building our house, has impressed us with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. Everything is always neat and clean, and the build quality of the house has exceeded our expectations. We are particularly grateful for the advice and insights provided as we progressed through the design and build stages. Andrew's fantastic layout of our land and the perfect placement of the house have maximized our privacy, lot usage, and the view. Overall, we have been very impressed with America's Home Place and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.
