My wife and I are in the process of building with AHP and so far we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We’re relocating to TN so as you can imagine, trying to get the ball rolling on a new home build in a different state is no easy task. That being said, Kimberly has done an outstanding job fielding our endless string of questions and plan revisions via email, phone and zoom. She’s knowledgeable, obviously experienced and more importantly she’s eager to guide us through the challenging process of redlining plans, septic permits, selections and so much more. She’s backed up by an amazing field staff with Danny and Landon who met us out on our new lot to get the house laid out and staked. Even so much as to hand select which of the mature trees to try and keep so when the dust settles from the home build, we’re left with not only a beautiful home, but a picture perfect setting to enjoy as our forever home. Danny has over 30 years in the field which immediately puts you at ease. Landon, our PM, is incredibly personable and knowledgeable. He’ll be with us every step of the way keeping us informed with pictures, site progress, schedule and all of those little details necessary to keep a house build on track. We found Americas Home Place in the spring of this year and was impressed with the helpfulness to design and build our custom home. Kimberly worked with us to iron out all of the details and put together a detailed quote which was something we struggled with when talking to other custom builders. Even though our plan was highly modified they took it in stride and got us a firm quote. Also, they were always there to answer our questions and offer guidance thru the whole process. Our build was stared this fall and Danny has been great at keeping us updated with pictures and phone calls. Since we live 500 miles away keeping us informed has been very important. Overall, we have been very pleased with everyone in the Cookville office and would recommend anyone wanting to build in the area to stop in and talk to them.

I have been working for America's Home Place for 4 years in June. Recently, I relocated from Greenville SC as a Project Manager, to Cookeville TN as a General Manager and have had the awesome opportunity to lead this amazing team. My wife and I are in the process of designing and building our personal home with America's Home Place and the experience has been flawless.
