Upon researching quite a few home builders in the Richmond area I have chosen Americas Home Place Petersburg VA to build my brand new home!! The General Manager Charles Salser and the Sales Manager Mike Bolin made it an easier decision as they both are a wealth of knowledge. I have worked with Mike extensively to design my new home and customize it exactly like I dreamed it to be. This is a big part of the process of building a new home and Mike's expertise, attention to detail and patience was most appreciated. One item in particular with Americas Home Place that I particularly liked is the fact that my new home was completely priced out before I signed my final contract. So, I really know my end costs before signing and before construction begins. After several years of consideration on where to relocate to and build, my wife and I decided to move back to Virginia. We did our due diligence as to which builder to use. The choice for us was very simple and we are more than happy that we chose AHP. From the initial contact we were greeted with enthusiasm and attention that made us feel welcome and comfortable with our decision.
