Our Greenville Model Center is located in the heart of upstate South Carolina, just off I-85 exit 60, between Greenville and Spartanburg. At our Model Center and Showroom, visitors can view models of three of our different custom homes, the Mountainview, the Berglund Modern Farmhouse, the Stanton IV, and the Waterstone. Our model homes are designed to display the quality of our craftsmanship and demo some of our many customizable options. Each of our showrooms have Building Consultants on-site to answer your questions and explain our typical home-building process.

A 100% honest review of our experience: I've been in the construction industry for over 43 years, which can be both a plus and a minus when someone else is building your home. I wanted to build it myself, but due to the lack of skilled labor, I decided to go with a regional builder. AHP has excellent pricing per square foot, and they will make modifications to their floor plans to meet your needs. We had a rough start to our project, and I'm sure it was due to a lack of skilled labor locally here in Western North Carolina. Once Chris Munsey took the reigns, things began to go the way they should have. He was super professional and knowledgeable. He made sure my wife and myself for the most amazing end product. He even came by the night before Thanksgiving to install a window sash that needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend AHP to build your home, I would suggest keeping a very open line of communication. They are a busy builder, and it's easy for a miscommunication to happen. I'd like to again say thank you to Chris for doing an amazing job. I'm attaching a few pictures of the end product.
