I'm in the early stages of deciding what type of home to build on my land. I spoke with Angel about my situation and options. She answered all of my questions and was very transparent regarding my limited budget. She even provided referrals for services I will need to prepare me in making my decision. Taking the time to point me in the right direction, knowing I probably won't be able to afford a custom built home says a lot about the integrity of this company and Angel!!

Angel/Karen/Neil @ Americas Home Place have given me Star Plus Plus service. They have always been very attentive to my needs before building my home and during my home construction. The project Manager Mark Pierce has been super-duper awesome! He makes personal recommendations when necessary and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend Americas Home Place with my eyes closed to any and all future clients. I read the reviews before choosing them and the reviews were on Point.

We went with AHP because our daughter used them and they were very pleased with their build so we decided to give them a shot. Each team member we worked with took their time with us . Our first contact was Melissa. She was absolutely awesome . Took her time helping us find the house design we wanted and would meet our needs. She then helped us modify the floor plan specifically to my needs, from widening doors, too a beach entry shower. Our contractor, Mr Craig , kept us posted and made sure the build stayed on schedule. Our windows were on back order, it did not slow the project down . He finished the build ahead of schedule. In the end, he built the house exactly as I envisioned. We have received many compliments on it. It is well built, well insulated. I only mentioned two people, however you will work with several people Each step. All were professional, patient and easy to work with.
