Just a short drive from the Florida-Georgia line, Dothan is a progressive city nestled in the southeast corner of Alabama. Before you begin to enjoy the amenities of your new home, step back in time at the locally featured Landmark Park and learn how our ancestors might have lived.
As you stop in to tour our Building Center, you are sure to feel at home as you enjoy viewing some of the options you may want to include within your new home. We have plenty of floor plans to choose from, and while you are at the Building Center you can discuss your floor plan requirements with a Building Consultant. They can assist you with finding a floor plan you will love. If you need more time to peruse the plans, you are welcome to take home brochures, or download our free floor plan book here. We also have a plan search feature on our website so you can choose the number of bedrooms or baths you may want within your home and narrow your plan search results. Regardless of the method you use to find your new house plan, we are eager to see which one you choose to build.
Once you have selected a floor plan, we will work with you to make any optional changes to the plan you might need. Maybe you want to increase a bedroom or closet size. Many of our plans offer additional recommended options like outdoor living spaces or chef style kitchens, incorporating everything you need to whip up some entertaining fun in your new home.
Building a new house can be overwhelming at times, and America’s Home Place, with over 40 years experience as a trusted builder, offers our expertise to all of our customers. We will help you design, plan and build your new custom home on any lot or piece of land. We work with you to decide on home placement, and we encourage our customers to utilize the natural landscape of the lot to enhance your completed homesite. We are so excited to see the home that will soon be build by America’s Home Place out of Dothan, Al. We stopped by the office and were greeted warmly by Mr. Wayne Boyette. He was extremely helpful in helping us choose a home the we loved. He set us up an appointment to meet with Mrs. Denise Nieves she was bubbly and very pleasant to work with! After talking with her and going over the things we needed the original home was a little more than the budget we had.I thought at first we wasn’t going to be able to build a home that was perfect for what we needed. Then without hesitation Mrs. Denise showed us some other plans and the one we chose was actually better for us than the first we considered. It is beautiful and truly amazing! My husband met with Mr. Michael Locke, the project manager on our property to discuss the location we wanted to build. He was very knowledgeable and going to be great to have over the build! Everyone made us feel like family!!! Their personalities, professionalism, and knowledge, and kindness are second to none.We could feel from the moment we walked in we were in the right place. I highly recommend them to anyone and feel like we will be blown away when our house is finished. God is so Good!! Will post photos to show the stages and final outcome.
