When we wanted to build our home and a home for our son, America's Home Place was a perfect fit for us.. We had specific needs , and had make decisions/sign paper work from Florida. They provided options and solutions to meet our requests, all while keeping the cost reasonable. Keegan and Rose worked with us to design a wonderful home. Ben was great, he helped us place the houses and walked us through the land prep and foundation processes. He provided drone pictures of progress. Wyatt is wonderful to work with. He definitely keeps you informed with weekly virtual walk throughs and texts. He follows through with his promises and makes sure the work is done right! Working with these builders has been nothing short of the most pleasant experience! The entire office is friendly and you always get a quick response with any question you may have. Special shoutout to our sales rep, Andrew! He is so friendly and personable, and is always willing to go the extra mile for us no matter what. It is also important to add that Andrew is ALWAYS happy to chat with us regarding anything; we never feel like a bother and he makes sure to take great care of us. I would absolutely work with him again! The interior design rep, Rachel, is also amazing. She provides great insight when it comes to the colors and styles, and is all around pleasant to interact with. I definitely recommend working with this wonderful group of people!!

When we decided to build, my sister and I went to America’s Home Place in Anderson, SC. From beginning to end, our experience has been nothing but pleasant, informative and helpful!! Our designer Brent spent hours going through plans to help us find our forever home and then redesigned parts of the inside to meet our wishes!! Brent you were fantastic! Rose Marie helped with picking the entire inside flooring, paint, fixtures and cabinets. She gave us very helpful advice we did not think about! Ben was our site project manager and Lance was the building project manager! Both were exceptional when it came to our site location and actually building our home!! We could not have asked for a better building experience!! Lance offered wonderful advice and answered any questions with knowledge and experience! Any contact needed was immediate and always pleasant! You hear horror stories about building a new home, but for us, it was an exciting, easy, wonderful experience with Brent, Rose Marie, Ben and Lance!! All were extremely knowledgeable in their specific areas, pleasant and responded with eagerness to see that we received a quality built forever home!! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!!

My husband and I have had a great experience building our house with AHP! Keegan was always very helpful, and able to answer any questions that we had during the process. He was willing to work with our work schedules, and prepared for every meeting we had. I could not recommend the Anderson office more for your building needs!
