We look forward to working with you on designing, planning and building your new home. Our on-site Building Consultants will listen to your dreams for your home and walk you through our floor plans, customization options, building process and more. Additionally, you can take a look at our online house plan search, which is designed to help customers find the perfect house for their needs. We have worked with thousands of customers over the years, diligently offering functional house plans with not just curb appeal, but also proper use of space and layout for affordability.
We accommodate a number of customizations to our floor plans, including increases to bedroom sizes, alternate bathroom layouts, and cost-saving energy efficient materials and building methods. We also work with our customers at our Building Center to select the best floor coverings, roofing tiles, cabinetry, counter-tops and more.Regardless of the desired change, we look forward to helping you make your new home a customized creation for you and your family with our optional floor plan adjustments.

We started ground breaking with America’s Home Place April 2, 2025 and today, just over 4 months, we settled and are heading to our brand new custom forever home with the keys!!!! They have been the best builders/team ever!! We do not have one single complaint. If any concerns may have arose they settled it immediately and without any hassle. We began our search after meeting with other builders in November 2024 with Cousin Howard. He explained everything with such detail and left no question unanswered. We went through their 7 step process quickly as you can see. The boss man, Greg, who was behind the scenes after our first few meetings-we shook hands today with the most thanks we could give him and he said he was very proud!! He has a very cohesive, hard working team. We caught him peeking in this window behind us as we were snapping a picture before we left with “our” keys. From Cousin Howard to Dale to Greg to May Kay, and then our newest best friend/family member-Dominic who was always a text or call away and addressed every single thing brought up if it wasn’t him bringing it up to us first. We love these guys and cannot say enough great things about America’s Home Place Fredericksburg, VA’s team that built our forever home. This wasn’t our first home building experience but it was by far the absolute 100% BEST!!! Thank you Thank you and Thank you. And our dog, Willow, thanks you all too.
